Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager
A digital marketing company is seeking specialists to manage and execute digital marketing projects. The position will be full-time and remote. * Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies for various platforms
* Set KPIs and optimize campaigns to increase conversion rates and ROI
* Oversee company and client social media accounts
* Analyze, design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
* Supervise the production of engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos
* Ensure content aligns with brand and marketing objectives
* Plan and manage content calendar
* Use analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance
* Prepare regular reports and present key insights to senior management and clients
* Identify trends and new opportunities in the digital space
* Allocate and manage digital marketing budget
* Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in an agency or B2B company
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields such as marketing, communications, or business
* Proficiency in Digital Marketing platforms and tools including SEO, PPC, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and other marketing channels
* Experience in team and project management
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising
* Familiarity with graphic design principles and video editing
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong writing and communication skills in English
